Dad develops pneumonia and is taken to hospital on 13th October. Appears to be on the road to recovery but has a major set-back on 17th October. Moved to Intensive Care. He is unable to fight the infection and is eventually moved into a little side room, where he died peacefully at 1.15am on 21st October 2008. Family devastated again. We feel honoured to have been with him on his journey from us to Mum, but leaving him is very difficult.
